Vincent Tsvangirai wins Glenview South primary elections

Morgan Tsvangirai’s son Vincent has won the Glenview South primary election to represent MDC in the impending by-elections set for early September.

Vincent who is relatively unknown in political circles will replace her late sister Vimbai Java who died due to injuries sustained from an accident a few months ago.

Writing on his Facebook page, MDC Youth Assembly secretary-general Gift Siziba popularly known as Ostallos confirmed the developments “youthful Vincent Tsvangirai wins Glenview South primary election to represent the party in the coming by-election”.

President Emmerson Mnangagwa proclaimed that nomination court for the by-elections will sit on Friday the 26th of July at Magistrate Court, Rotten Row while the election date has been set for Saturday 7th of September.

The Glenview South by-election is being held at the same time with the one for Mangwe Constituency to replace the late Obedingwa Mguni.
